since the recent post with a paired flop produced an interesting thread,
here's another.

opinion's on the lines taken?

$1/$2 Pot Limit Omaha8/b, 2 Players

BB: $168.00 (84 bb)
SB(btn): $132.00 (66 bb)
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Cards dealt to BB
Spoiler:
[A Q 3 T]

Cards dealt to SB(btn)
Spoiler:
[3 5 9 4]

Small blind $1
Big blind $2

Preflop:
SB(btn) calls $1, BB raises $4 to $6, SB(btn) calls $4

Flop: ($12) 223 (2 players)
BB bets $10, SB(btn) calls $10

Turn: ($32) K (2 players)
BB bets $28, SB(btn) calls $28

River: ($88) 2 (2 players)
?

its certainly an unexpected(unusual) river.

I think given BB's line what BB's river action should be is the question although I guess it can be turned such that the question becomes is BB's line problematic because it presents difficulties if it gets to the river?

there is pot(effective) behind on the river. to me the range he is representing is strong and should check rather then lead(bet) again, but his actual hand requires a bet although its a risk. its obviously a question of range/balance and I'm confused here, but betting the flop and then consequently the turn seem good.
[i guess i'm looking for confirmation that BB should bet here and consequently should bet sometimes when he has a 2. but how about AA? KK? 33?]

my opinion with regard to SB is that the turn is where he should fold or raise, and i lean toward mostly folding, even with position

I check river. (Didn't look at his spoiler.)

This one is a bit different. This time the flop has two different low ranks (and it's a rainbow).

After this flop, considering BB's cards, I think again it's about 9 to 2 that SB doesn't have trip deuces or better for high. And it's much more likely, after this flop, that the pot will be split between high and low... but BB doesn't have a very good chance for low. (Then, as it turns out, the pot won't be split, but right after the flop, it's likely the pot will be split).

BB bet the flop, which is what I would do in a fixed-limit game and what I would have done in a pot limit game before the last pot-limit paired flop thread. Now I'm not sure.

And then BB aggressively pushed the action despite the fact that BB had no low draw and SB was coming along for the ride. (I haven't looked at SB's cards yet). I wonder if SB continues after the flop because he has trip deuces or better, or a low straight draw, or maybe he has a high pair... or maybe he continues simply because he feels like gambling. Or maybe he thinks BB is playing like a maniac.

Then after the turn, perhaps SB picked up a diamond draw, or maybe after the turn he has two pairs, kings and deuces. Whatever... BB continues leading... after the turn with what I would call a poor fit. (Damn the torpedoes... full speed ahead!)

I'd check.

Waiting to see where I'm wrong on this one as I would bet river with BB's hand, with a 2, and with AA/KK/33. Although I might have checked turn due to your first question about the difficulties if you get to the river.

I'm not sure why SB called the turn either.

Strange hand. SB's turn call stands out as horribad. BB's plays I understand, but turn sizing seems very excessive. As played, bluffs target what hands exactly? Given reads based on SB's tendencies in this hand I don't think checking with the intention of calling is worse.

I think I would tend to check this turn but I don't play hu so I'm not sure about this spot. I think it's probably really opponent specific. If you know he calls light (as it appears he does) then I can get on board with the bet. If that's our logic for betting the turn, then I like c/c on the river because he's gonna be extremely polarized. This also I guess depends on what he thinks of you and how capable he is of value betting light.

What? This seems the opposite. We want a fold on the turn. The more he folds the better the turn bet is.
