Rick J Handicapping - and some poker too

Astounded to see the Rick J handicapping article in this months issue.

Lest you think Rick is just a typical handicapping and sports betting mope, let me tell you he is a fine poker player too. Just ask the Mix Game and O/8 players at the "B". Rick has been a serious poker player for over 40 years and you can read some of his stories and advice on his blog.

Rick and I started playing poker in Jr High and High School in the early '60s. He was the best poker (and pool, bridge, etc) player in our High School and I was a distant second. Couldn't beat him then and can't beat him now. We chat every July on my annual LV trip. He always asks me to join his game and I always politely decline.
