It's a very easy fold for what it's worth. Villains should have very tight ranges for an UTG+1 shove after a UTG limp (which was a pretty weird decision to begin with by hero) and especially for an MP call of said shove, and small pocket pairs do especially bad in multiway all-ins.

This is tough, sounds like you assume this is only for heads up? What happens if there is someone behind you who can go over the top of you. Or maybe you have suited connectors and need more callers to justify the pot odds.

I was in the BTN with AKo and I opened to 2.5bb. BB 3bet to 9bb. I 4bet to 19bb. He shoved for 100bb. I called. I forget what BB had but this has probably happened to me a few hundred times so just make up the his hand.
