Online poker is not so bad as i expect a bad beat in tournaments.

Poker isn't bad for health if you stay well balanced. Eat the right foods and make sure you do other things when it comes to life.

For me this is most definitely not true. I'm constantly anxious or stressed, unless I'm in the zone soul reading, but then again I hate the game and only play because I don't want to work at walmart.

I don't think poker is good for heath but I also believe that it does benefit us in some way. Constantly thinking about variables, adapting to different opponents and playing with different styles according to stack are skills that am sure help us in real life situations, + i also thinks that calculating odds and thinking about decisions over n over is a good workout for our brains.. so ya it does have benefits, but bad days can be really stressful tho

Sounds like bull**** to me. I can't imagine poker being a stress release. Well, unless you're

a) running good
b) see money as no object
c) enjoy poker regardless of the outcome
d) use play money

Can't imagine it's stress relieving to see players hitting those miracle cards on the river or getting your aces cracked. Certainly not stress relieving for me anyway.
