My absolute favorite is "The Compleat Strategyst" by J.D. Williams. It's an older book from the 1950s but the theory and examples are great. And it's a lot of fun to read too, which is rare to say of a math book. And, you don't need a math degree to read it, just some patience working through all the examples.

Game Theory 101 is the best book for beginners, easy and friendly and covers pretty much all the basics you need

The Art of Strategy is also a great book with practical applications. I liked that book a lot.
