I cant believe someone would have the nerve to come onto a forum for poker players and admit to having worked as part of a group of people who cheated honest players out of their money and then complain that they had been banned from playing.
You reap what you sow. If you were never allowed to play anywhere again that would seem fair to me.

Most likely if he was never caught he'd still be cheating!

I think everyone deserves a 2nd chance and plenty of people gave me one when i messed up in the past.
Saying that pre planned cheating is something that stars need to be strict on and don't see why they should put other players at risk. You may as well open another account under a partners name etc , under totally different cercumstances I self excluded for life from one site (due to sports betting)and when my backer started funding players on that site I had a friend who was willing for me to use his details.
There are plenty of other good sites anyway.

First, the fact that you claim to go to school should encourage you to "proof" your email, since you are clearly aware Pokerstars is not really in favor of giving you a break and you are only going to have a limited number of chances to communicate with them "favorably." Second, admitting that you were wrong does not automatically give you a pass to be forgiven. Consequences rarely, if ever, are considered until AFTER the act has been done. Cheating/stealing, IMO, is one of the worst things someone could do to another. While I do feel to a small degree you are sorry, the fact is once an act like this takes place, your credibility is effectively ruined no matter what you do after. I like that Pokerstars is taking a stance on this, and frankly this should be a LIFE learning experience, and not just a poker related experience, and you should move on with your life.

Don't think they have any right to ban you from FTP though. Kinda weird that they did, probably the reason he's playing there again....

I think the overuse of the word moreover might have made you get a permaban, oh and you cheated. cheaters never prosper.

Coming from someone who deposited 100.00 onto ps and moved up to platinum b4 the shut down and have given 1000s of hours grinding honestly and dedicated, you deserve nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why would I who has dedicated my hard work and time to a cause have a lick of sympathy??????????? You may be a decent person but as far as poker, you are nothing.

Considering that this thread is 15 months old, OP hasn't even been on this site for over 8 months and this thread has 160 posts repeatedly covering pretty much every conceivable option already, I do feel that the value of these "me too!" bumps are somewhat limited.

And I also feel that this thread should be closed.
