Has anyone read Ed Miller's Poker's 1%: The One Big Secret That Keeps Elite Players On Top? Is it worth buying?

It's geared towards more advanced readers who is a small winner at 2/5 Live or 100nl online. The book focuses mostly on range construction and optimal defense frequencies. That being said, the book is fairly easy to understand and Ed Miller did a great job at simplifying the concept.
I would not recommend this book for beginner or intermediate players though, the concepts aren't optimal vs fishy players at lower stakes.
