I'm reading that state law says if you're in line by 8 they have to let you vote no matter how late it gets so no need to keep polls open officially past 8. Some returns will just take longer.

I'm salaried so no matter what I was doing today I would be paid the same amount. Now I get to work later the next couple days to make up for the time missed today where I couldn't work on stuff that needs to be done by Friday.

The equivalent would be anyone that gets paid a salary that worked on turnout efforts for Walker today.
