I do respect that he was willing to drop some serious money at Shutterstock.

Is there still time for Jeb₹ to run? He presumably maxed out his spend to vote rate for the gop so a new outlet to spend money chasing a dozen votes could be wonderful for his chances.

Think I'm going with Joy Waymire due to her executive experience running a 24 hour convenience store. We know she'll be awake at 2am to answer the phone. Probably cleaning an Icee machine and watching midget porn on her phone, which is what I'm pretty sure all convenience store clerks are doing at 2am.

lol jk jk!

We all know no one cleans those Icee machines.

Feel like there's a decent chance Gary Johnson is the only candidate who makes it on to the debate stage fully clothed.
02-04-2016 , 01:58 PM
Waymire could be a compelling VP choice if she can deliver California's 55 electoral votes.

The stigmata will be big with evangelicals, but I suspect she murdered her own cats.

That Derrick Michael Reid blurb drastically understates his candidacy. He is currently an Emulated Military Supreme Commander, which, from what I can gather, means he regularly defeats his ten year old son in Axis & Allies.

The mcafee story fwiw is like the best thing ever. Read it about a year ago on vice iirc.

I hope he wins because he can't be worse than Garry Johnston was.

The modified A&A game is, by an extraordinarily wide margin, the least insane thing in the wargaming section. Behold:

EDIT: Actual quote:

Quote:
BLOOD OATH OF LOYALTY

I, a member of Spankers and Assassins (SA), having an SA insignia, rank, and nick code name SA//// Master Sergeant L McLaws, and having a current AE nick Skrull and AE serial number 219441, and a member a home Guild [SA] do hereby solemnly pledge and loyally commit my empire to the SA BLACK SHIRTS as a true punisher of dishonorable warriors and guilds when voluntarily participating in SA operations. I fully understand that failure to remain loyal to the SA and keep secrets of SA shall result in an attack order to all SA BLACK SHIRTS against me during operations. I swear, promise and commit that I shall, after volunteering for an operation, thereafter, without hesitation, follow all orders given from the SA command, and shall not disclose my SA allegiance, my SA orders, or SA operational plans to anyone or any guild outside of the SA, and shall always strive to do my best to share generated debris, account upgrades, strike participation, efforts, intelligence, and planning burdens for strikes upon the despicable dastardly foes of truth, justice, and the chivalry code of honor.

So help my Empire.

Signed Rank and SA Nick Name:SA//// Master Sergeant L McLaws

This brought me to tears, well done.

For those who haven't read it, Ms. Waymire's bio really takes a turn at the paragraph that begins "At that time, in Oct someone poisoned my two cats".

Serious question: Why is Gary Johnson associating with these yahoos? He was a serious, respectable politician who failed in national politics because his libertarian views are profoundly unpopular with the electorate. But surely there is some way he can do more to advance the cause than by running as presidential candidate for the lunatic party, right? Maybe give some speeches, maybe get back into state-level politics? Run for Senator? Join a think-tank and write some policy briefs? Be a perennial gadfly in the GOP nominating contest? Retire from politics and sculpt libertarian-inspired works of statuary to inspire a future generation of freedom-minded individuals?

yea **** starting getting real then.

although, we probably should have known that joy wasn't going to lead an ordinary life starting at an early age.

I will not go into all the times I almost lost my life during this first year or throughout my lifetime, but will skip a few years ahead to my playmate that only I could see. I called her “Becky” as I could not say her full name. She taught me the ways of the Lord and showed me many things still to come. But unfortunately, at a young age of perhaps 4, I had a limited vocabulary so my mother thought it was all make believe. I’m sure what I learned lead to my questioning the teachings of the church at the age of twelve. Because of this, I stopped sharing what I was told, but I followed every word until I was 16.5 yrs old.

Libertarians always seem to think that long-shot presidential bids are the way to advance the cause instead of building up grassroots local campaigns for dog catcher or whatever.
02-05-2016 , 02:30 PM
Dog catching clearly violates the non-aggression principle.

Exactly.

Genuinely curious what the candidates in the OP have to say about leash laws.
