About what I expected. I consider myself pretty center on economic issues, and rarely strongly agreed or disagreed with anything there. I consider myself liberal on social issues, and was definitely strongly disagreeing with anything negative race or negative sexuality.

Im -2.88 on economy and -6.21 on social issues, dunno what that means...

A few years ago I took this test and was considerably left of center, and above the horizontal bar too.

So from 18-22 I have drifted to the right and away from authoritarianism. Lurking on this forum has definitely influenced my opinion on quite a few of the questions.

Were you broke then (college student?)? People often seem to drift right economically as they gain more income (or start gaining income).

Test seems designed to allow a bunch of statists to claim they are really libertarians instead of what they actually are, authoritarians.

ITD is the only person that comes to mind quickly that I think may be above the line on social issues. Perhaps Inso as well.

Yes I was broke and it was before I discovered Party Poker in 2005. The taxes on poker players definitely changed some of my views.

Honestly I thought some of the questions were very confusing and even misleading. But I don't see what you mean about libertarian/authoritarian.

This seems to be more of a litmus test on ignorance rather than any particular political view. I can see how it is related to communism but only in a racially homogeneous country, which the US is obviously not.

It being a sad reflection on society does not imply that it should be regulated! If someone could explain how this question fits in on the left/right spectrum that would be great.

Contradiction. Manipulating money does contribute to the economy and therefore to society. Anyone who makes a fortune is going to be consuming and investing, which stimulates the economy.

There are more, but these are probably the main ones I found unclear.

I've done this test a lot and so has the rest of the forum. I know that over the past four years or so I have moved across this map, it's interesting to note even though we are just a bunch of big bad statists thugs.
