in the House and Senate that TRUMP! could pull off the biggest deal of his life and be a super-star of American history by creating a new political party that already has a President in office? If I were him I'd be putting out feelers. Dump Priebus and Bannon, and give it a go. Would he have any chance at all?

This is what I'm thinking. He needs to have Rand Paul working close to him. Paul Ryan needs to gtfo.

I have said since inauguration that his goal was to create a rift between himself and the current GOP because he (rightly imo) believes that conservatives support him before they support the GOP. By naming and shaming those who don't go along with him, he can mobilize his supporters to vote them out for yes men who will bow to Trump and do whatever he says. People just don't get the xenophobic authoritarian thing. Yeah, Trump expanding medicaire wouldn't be as big a shock as Pence/Ryan doing it, but that doesn't do anything to balance him out. Trump is far far right. Not moderate.
