LOL she's dead wrong. Turnout for Hillary was already depressed. Intentionally alienating Sander's supporters would've ensured she also lost the popular vote.
It wasn't Bernie's stump speeches that made people think she was beholden to corporate interests.Her acceptance of gratuitous speaking fees while she still planned to run for office in the future did more to cement that reputation the Bernie ever could or would.
Also, whether or not the figures added up in Sander's campaign (this is the key word) proposals doesn't matter one bit. There's nothing unrealistic about providing access to basic healthcare for all Americans as it's already being done by nations with half our per capita GDP.
If you need proof how meaningless campaign promises are just remember the winning campaign promised a $40 billion dollar wall.
