Yeah, it was her who retweeted it.

But a spokesman said it was an accident and to suggest otherwise is nonsense.

Didn't fly for John Bercow's wife

No sensible sources of info available as yet so people should reserve judgement before tub thumping. Looks more like a gaff, on first reading it seems it is meant to be sarcastic and given it is an Owen Jones parody account she may have believed it to be Owen Jones at a glance and therefore saw no danger in re-tweeting. It's the kind of mistake you can't afford to make with attack dogs in the gutter press ready to exploit this kind of thing and it obv fits the racist line that has developed around child abuse scandals. Not surprising to see the usual suspects on here jumping at the chance to smear people they disagree with.

No, and thats why action may be needed on the point of incompetence rather than the views expressed which is obv not what she believes.

Er, why? Because being against the illegal occupation of Palestine is concurrent with diminishing the experiences of girls being abused? *Sigh*

She's smeared herself......again.

I don't believe this is obvious.

Being against the illegal occupation of Palestine is not the same being an anti-Semite who supports the forced relocation of over six million Jews.

and i mean, even if she did believe it, which she doesn't bc shes not literally a psycho, but if she did there's no chance she'd tell us

literally 0% chance the retweet was on purpose
08-23-2017 , 11:39 AM
Wait are we talking about the child victims or the moving Israel tweet?
08-23-2017 , 11:45 AM
i'm talking about her retweet of 'child victims should stfu', clearly not intentional

(her lets relocate the jews to montana thing was intentional and deplorable)

Regarding Brexit it seems the only thing the UK gov know is what they don't want.

Semi sovereignty back now lol. Useless ****s.
08-23-2017 , 02:10 PM
Not to get all uppity about it but an anti semitic tweet should get you sacked from representing your party but tweets celebrating protestant supremacy over catholics/Irish and attending hate fests gets you a seat at the top table.

Strange place.

How does someone like and then share a tweet by accident? And you say that it's literally 100% an accident?
08-24-2017 , 10:51 AM
100%

if she somehow believes that rape victims should shut their mouths and just take it she's hardly likely to broadcast that fact to the world is she
08-24-2017 , 11:01 AM
Maybe if she thought a well a known liberal political activist had actually tweeted it then maybe she felt it was safe to come out with her own feelings on the subject. A Muslim nurse once said the same kind of thing to me (and worse)....and let's face it she's not the sharpest tool.

She likes to tell us how Pakistani men are no different to white men when it comes to this kind of abuse, but that's clearly not true, and being a Pakistani woman I can only assume that's because Pakistani men share the same religion and she wants to keep what happens in Pakistan hidden

Yeah cos Jimmy Savile was just being playful. You are being impressively ignorant here. Re the first part of your post it is somewhat refreshing to have someone on your side of the debate say it so blatantly. Most wouldn't have the balls to be so openly racist without at least some form of pretend analysis. Re the second part I have no clue what you are on about but I'm guessing you just don't like Muslims?

This springs to mind as quite relevant given we are judging what goes on in other countries:

"Girls as young as 13 years old, and pregnant, were wed with a judge’s approval in recent years, according to records from the Virginia department of health. Almost 4,500 minors were married between 2004 and 2013. About 90% of those minors were girls who married adult men...

A lot of parents don’t realize that child marriage is legal in the US,” Reiss said, recalling a conversation with an advocate in New York who urged her to pass new laws quickly and quietly before parents realize “they don’t need to go to Pakistan to do this. They can go to the clerk’s office.”

Just to clarify we are talking about state approved paedophilia here. In the United States.

That racist documentary is a channel 4 documentary that has been watched by millions.

And the title is a direct quote from the famous Pakistan cricketer and Pakistan politician Imran Khan.

We know the reason these grooming gangs got away with it for so long was because the authorities were scared of being labelled racists...

And with people like Tomj and bluewillow around I see why, Disgraceful.
