the media is biased, and nobody trusts it

i realized this after the every major media outlet talked about gamergate as if it was all about a bunch of trolls in their mothers basement who harrassed some women who wanted to get into video game design solely due to their gender

trust in media is at historic lows, most people who arn't brainwashed leftists would understand

so a female developer makes a terrible game, sleeps with a reviewer of said game who gives out a glowing review of this awful awful game

gamers find out about it, call for ethics and proper journalism in the gaming industry, instead the gaming media turn on their own audience and call them every name in the book

and the main stream media says its gamers being trolls and harrassers

this is such a cut and dry issue of the mainstream media being completely incompetant

its like we live in 2 different worlds, some randoms on twitter and the anonomous board famous for **** posting 4 chan made some rape and death threats so the media labels the whole movement with the same brush and ignores all the corruption in the gaming industry

First, Zoe didn't sleep with a guy who reviewed her game. If you're gonna try to pretend to be upset about something, you might try something that's not so easily disproven. Hard to pretend you're mad about the media getting facts wrong about the story when you yourself get the basics wrong, yes?

Second, trump said he was against the NRA and was going to talk some sense into them. He came out of that meeting a brainwashed puppet spouting their talking points.

I'm sure this doesn't mean he's a paid off politician because he's on your side. But for anyone else, that's pretty clearly corruption.

Unfortunately this little detail has to be allowed because it is a perfect characterization of this thread's title. Look at BB claiming his petty victory over...not making gaming more inclusive to women? Because, like Trump's followers think the US belongs to them and only them, BB thinks gaming belongs to him and people like him and allowing other people in is "infiltrating" it. And look how quickly the truth comes out; oh it's about ethics all right but really it's about beating people (women!) back to their lair. isn't the NRA more looking out the interests of gun manufacturers though? i mean, if hillary agrees 2nd ammendment is cool, what's the advantage the NRA brings for you?
