Dude, you have the cycle backwards here. If the GOP legislature doesn't cooperate with what Trump wants, they go home to angry voters who will choose Trump over the congresscritter. Voters didn't just choose Trump at the polls because they want the congressmen they voted for in the same election to keep his power checked, or else why the **** did they nominate him?
