i mean what has pelosi done for the dems the last decade? raised money for reps -so people say, but dems have an enthusiasm problem, and this tim ryan sounds like he's got a fire in him, and maybe middle american trump voters would be more receptive to a white guy from ohio than nancy from san fransisco. democrats.. to quote potus-45, "what have you got to lose?"

We'd have Ryan vs Ryan

Pelosi might be the money woman, but that's not translating into winning congressional elections. Is she not accountable for those anemic results, regardless of anything about the top of the ticket?

Her brand is toxic nationally, thanks or no thanks to countless right wing smears. She's seen as a stale establishment partisan, not as a problem solver. Does she have a plan, a positive message going forward? If not, D's need to strongly consider a new direction.

I'm not saying that Dems could have won this seat against a powerful incumbent, but to not even run a candidate here is not good enough.

Democratic party machinery is more likely to choose Paul Ryan.

Seems like she's good at counting votes. Barely got there, though, as plenty of D's were ready to defy her. I have to imagine this is her last chance, but I just don't see her leading a vigorous opposition in the crucial months ahead.
