"German police said three shooters are on the loose in Munich and urged people to avoid public spaces as authorities conduct large-scale operations in the Bavarian capital.
German media reported that at least three people were killed and many others wounded at a shooting in a shopping center on Friday just before 6 p.m. local time. Witnesses told authorities that three heavily armed individuals were behind the attack. Public transport has been halted and the main train station evacuated as police search for the suspects. People could be seen running and screaming through the center of the city."

20:31: Off-duty doctors and nurses have been summoned to hospitals in Munich, with a spokesperson for one hospital telling DPA: "The alarm for a 'mass attack' has been triggered."

20:27: Bayerische Rundfunk reports that the main train station has been evacuated, meanwhile public transport has been completely stopped in the Munich area.

20.19: According to AFP: At least six people are believed to have been killed in the shooting rampage, a police source said.

20.17: Now police are tweeting in English and French of "unconfirmed reports of more violence and possible gunfire in city centre".

So far from the videos I've seen this dude looks more mentally ill, walking weirdly out of McDs.... Compared to attacking with a purpose like Kouachi brothers or even Tsarnaev when he was walking and dropping down the explosives.

We'll see. There's plenty of witnesses so I doubt this dude escapes or runs anywhere.

Several sources quoting witnesses that #Munich shooter yelled 'bloody foreigners'. Even the tabloids stress these are unconfirmed though.

My wife and I are in Paris and head to Munich in 3 days :-/

The core of the problem is that the media and increasing-in-popularity right-wing politic parties in Europe are discriminating and hating immigrants to a point where downright racism in the public domain is OK. This not only fuels immigrants but a lot of ultra-liberalists as well.
Europe will most likely become insanely nationalistic within the next 10 years, and the terror attacks will probably only worsen.
