Why, because you say so? Try quoting the things I've said and show me where I'm wrong. My mind doesn't change because you create a goofy caricature of what you think I think and then tell me to stop thinking that way.

Not to your Ron Paul pipe dream, but useful in general imo.
You haven't said anything. You just throw out baseless assertions and terrible analogies and think that's sufficient. I mean just look at your reply to my post. You lazily refuse to attempt to provide any counterarguments to the points I've made (which really shouldn't be difficult if you have any basis for your views), instead relying on substanceless snarkiness. You just refuse to acknowledge the reality of our situation.

This offer is still on the table.

imo, 2 guys on stage in a debate supporting a viewpoint is better than 1.

But it's close.

What's up with all the negativity and "Ron Paul is a pipe dream"? So what if he is? That means we should just not care?

You can care about whatever you want to care about. I was just responding that, indeed, my analogy wasn't useful to the Ron Paul for President thing.

10 Reasons Ron Paul Can Win in 2012

As much as I'd love RP to make a run it just isn't going to happen. Republicans love them some freedom bombs, and that alone will effectively disqualify him.

rp dated alyssa milano?

I think RP's chances of winning the presidency would be somewhere below 1%, but the more exposure and legitimacy he gets the better. I just feel that when people hear him talk that they will begin to feel that it's actually OK to think and believe in those type of things that the MSM and the neocons and libs would never talk about (OMG end the wars? end the war on drugs?)

I think a lot of people already thought it was OK to be against these things. Eventually the MSM has to adapt to a better version of reality. That doesn't mean they're a catalyst imo.

1% is about right. It is a fact that Paul would be the best for the economy.IMO he is the only candidate that truly has the best interest of the American people at heart. He also does not dance around questions and seems way more honest than other politicians.

Unfortunately that cannot win an election.Telling all the people that feed from the govt trough that they can continue to do so will.Obama is a lock other than death or a horrible scandal.

Ron really crushes it here. Worth noting that google, a company that presumably has pretty smart employees, had every candidate come and do this and RP's was by far the best attended.

if everyone single person that said "it'd be great if ron paul won, but he doesn't have a chance" voted for ron paul, he'd win

+1, also that on this http://www.youtube.com/user/AtGoogle...12849248991F4A page you can see he has more views than any other candidate, narrowly edging out baracko (lolmccain)

i think this is a great clip because he comes up with many solid answers to the standard trip up questions people will throw at you when you talk about RP, like pollution, global warming, butwemusthavetheeducation, etc

I think its pretty wild that like 98/100 people think 'eliminate the department of education' means 'eliminate public education.'
