His statement about the South being right in the Civil War is a morally bankrupt statement, and his claim about 90% of federal revenue coming from the South is a bald faced lie. Ron Paul is probably not a retard, so he knows what the Confederate Flag stands for: it stands for "states rights," the rights of states to enslave black people. If he doesn't want to be associated with that, he should refuse to speak in front of one.

You ask them to leave. If they don't, you forcibly remove them. You do not shoot them.

This is no different than what clubs do when they need to eject someone with their bouncers, or casinos do with card counters. If you accept the role of police, you call the police who will forcibly remove them for you, and arrest them for trespassing (the status quo today).
