First post was just responding to the person's question, I saw that youtube video of someone driving through and not being charged, read about many other instances of it happening, and thought it relevant to his question. In many situations, not stopping is advisable, though I don't think an interstate is really one of those situations. Probably should've skipped my youtube post but oh well, can get snipped if needed.

That's assuming I can't get one started in Huntsville at this late a date. Working on it but not too optimistic. It's Alabama's most educated city. Shame on us.
