Seems unlikely he's a fan of Venezuela--at the least they definitely hate him.

He thinks Kim Jong Un is a "pretty smart cookie".

Bumping with a friendly reminder to call your Dem Senators and tell them to pull out all the stops to oppose Wealthcare. McConnell wants it done before the 4th; don't let him succeed!

Travel ban partly and hopefully temporarily in effect

If I'm done working early enough today I'm going to swing by the airport (LAX) and join any protest.

If anyone hears of any organizations helping to get people from the affected countries jobs or enrolled in schools or whatever it takes to get past this order then please post about it.

The Republicans sabotaged democracy. It's time for the People to sabotage capitalism.

Slow down at your jobs.
Take a few extra breaks.
Pretend to not understand directions.
Throw a shoe in the machine.

The wheels of capitalism must be ground to a halt, if the legal system will not give us justice. It's time to organize. Direct action.

The means of production means a lot more to them right now than it does to you and me. Let's hurt them in the only place it counts: their pocketbooks.

Deprive them of their capital, deprive them of their livelihood.

I'm going to DC with a bunch of people from the local Indivisible group to do a sit-in against RepubliCare July 19th. Check with your local Indivisible office--they're covering expenses and transportation and they have civil disobedience training to go through beforehand.

For anyone that can't make it to D.C. and lives near Vegas, there is a protest outside Senator Dean Heller's office (8930 W. Sunset Rd.) at 10 am tomorrow.

There's a nationwide rally on Saturday the 29th against Trumpcare. Like Jimmy V said, "Don't give up. Don't ever give up."

I don't support a boycott of Israel. (though perhaps products from Israeli companies in the occupied territory. )

But, this bill criminalizing boycott is disgusting and is being pushed by democrats. I will be calling my democratic rep and senators on this.

Or, are we going to have another Charlottesville situation.

So far it sounds like they're taking it seriously. Pretty much everything is being banned from the Common tomorrow. No sticks, no bottles, no backpacks, nothing. You can enter with the clothes on your back and that's about it.
