How many people do you know, or do you know of, that are on disability? What are they on it for? Usually it's something physical, like they are going blind, have a bad back, that sort of thing. Or they have some kind of mental issue like some kind of psychosis, PTSD, severe depression, that sort of thing. IQ is not relevant in most cases, so a test is only administered in a tiny amount of cases.
But he wasn't even necessarily saying much about IQ testing and disability entitlement. What he said was:

This statement is ridiculous. Most people who have taken an IQ test did so in relation to their schooling. This would hold true even if every person on SSD was required to take an IQ test. He was simply trying to pile on and give me crap for a silly typo I made. His first statement is stupid, his second statement was him doubling down on stupid.
To be honest this is to be expected in any thread related to Trump.
