i imagine rand paul's ideas about improving healthcare involve allowing physicians to, oh idk, co-found an entity called the National Ophthalmology Board with his wife and father-in-law, in order to certify himself to practice medicine in kentucky. that's something patients want, right?

that sounds like the mark of a really really skilled doctor and not a scam artist at all.
