We are not at this point yet, but unbelievably it's something that requires serious discussion given the tea leaves.
Tough talk on a message board.

Be prepared to give your life when one attacks our legitimately elected representative government.

To legitimately answer your question; violence becomes morally-required when something so egregious to your hopes and dreams and values that your brain sends the flight or fight hormones into your body and you are prepared to lay down your life to defend it.

Example: Someone is attempting to kidnap your child. A human is hardwired to protect their children. They would be willing to die to protect their child.

As usual you have no clue what you are taking about. Nobody said he wasn't elected. Now go back to hurriedly cutting eyeholes in your sheets and leave the intelligent people to the serious discussion.

No one's gonna listen to civil disobedience lectures coming from a quisling, bruv.

Yeah awval I think you're gonna want to read up on what the popular majority did post-revolution to collaborators with oppressive minority regimes before getting all smug and lecturing here

Confirmed by Homeland Security that PERMANENT RESIDENTS of the US that come from those 7 countries are NOT allowed back in if they leave the US (or were already out of the country when this took effect)

How can ANYONE defend us turning away our green card holders at customs?

Anyone that does is an un-American piece of ****. So like only 50% or so of Americans.

This is a lot like George W Bush war on terror where they take aim at all the wrong targets.

Stopping Islamic extremism starts with having a sit down with Saudi and Qatari leaders and having a frank discussion about funds being sent to Wahhabi causes around the world. And doing this behind closed doors.

Except Bush never banned green card holders

Am I missing anything?
I can't believe I have to go through these one by one to talk you off your ledge.

No tax returns

Tax returns are not a constitutional required check and balance on the Executive branch. The President has filled out his legally required financial disclosure forms.

Before you ask, sure, I think Trump should have released them. But I don't care.

Divestment

Trump has divested his individually owned stocks.
https://www.washingtonpost.com/busin...06c_story.html

His cabinet has also divested.
Mattis:

Price:

Mnuchin:

Literally Google "Name" divestment and "Name" financial disclosures. It's all there. In the Cyber. I'm sorry you live in your bubble and don't have access to all these websites in the Cyber.

Not a single Republican standing up to him?

McCain on Trump and Putin

McConnell on Trump and minorities

The most amount of EO as President?

You're confusing executive ORDERS with executive ACTIONS (or Proclamations). Again, fake news from your bubble adds these together to make big ole mean Trump seem so bad.
Obama had more executive ORDERS. Most of Trump's are executive ACTIONS. Which legally mean nothing. Trump can issue an executive action that PROCLAIMS he has the largest Presidential Penis. It doesn't ****ing matter. He has a similar number of executive orders as Obama.

Calling the 4th Estate the opposition?

Trump didn't say that. His advisor did. Who ****ing cares. It doesn't matter if his advisor calls the press his "supporters" either. The press is free to report on whatever they want.

Forcing the Press Secretary to lie?

The Press Secretary can always resign if he doesn't believe in what he has to spew. Trump isn't blackmailing him to be the Press Secretary.

So there you go.

Calm yourself down. Go for a walk. It's been a week and Trump hasn't nuked us all to Armageddon yet. Maybe you'll realize that spending your free time perusing far-left media has triggered you into believing we're 30 seconds from Nazi Germany. But we're not. I assure you.

Trump has a solid base of 35-40% of the 137,000,000 who voted in the '16 election who are fully committed to going down with the ship. They will defend anything he does, no matter how egregious. They're too deeply invested now to back out and admit their choice is a demagogic buffoon.

Please start doing these things immediately. We CAN stop this madness, but we need a lot of people to get off the sidelines and help. This is not the time to be a spectator of US politics.

No but he did the worst thing any American president ever did.

Fabricated evidence and invaded a sovereign country that didn't harbour 1 terrorist.

C'mon. Give the spin a rest. We're aware it's not a Constitutional requirement. But everyone has done it for God knows how long.

Speaks volumes that you think we should be celebrating the fact that he'll fall short of turning us into Nazi Germany.

120 hours from now, he's going to announce a SCOTUS pick whose goal will be to take rights in the form of settled law away from millions of American citizens. This sits well with you?

It happens to be extremely important, because in a bit less than 2 years, the Republicans have a very favorable map that could allow them to get to 60+ Senate seats, which would be disastrous. The Democratic Party has to get the casual voter and young people off the ****ing sidelines, which they are notoriously bad at when the midterms come around.

Do it.
01-28-2017 , 03:42 PM

I have a feeling this week is just a warm up for next week when the SCOTUS nominee is announced. He might just roll out that guy from OK who seems to be the worst case scenario.
