Apparently POTUS is now echoing Spicey and passing the Flynn blame to Obama. His exact statement will be in a Fox interview tonight and should be floating around soon. Something like "Flynn was approved by the Obama Administration at the highest levels. We used that for the short amount of time he was with us. But Obama did the approval."

Breaking on CNN that NK just test launched another ballistic missile a few minutes ago, according to South Korea.
