ban him to save him.
I have Asperger's (similar to high-functioning autism) and while autism is a pretty wide spectrum, believing in conspiracy theories and self-harming when a forum temporarily bans you is not something autistic people would necessarily do.

That said, taking a break from stressful stimuli is probably a good idea.

Lol saw Chris Wallace trending on twitter. Apparently fox fans get crazy whenever he says anything the slightest bit out of the fox buffer zone. They get so mad.

Anyone see the reporting on MSM this morning about Nunes disappearing Tuesday night, right after Monday's public Comey statements and right before he ran to the press and White House on Wednesday?

Supposedly he was in an Uber ride with a staffer, took a phone call, and then ran off for the night without notice. As stated earlier, he was also present with Flynn for the Turkish "kidnapping" talks.

TF is going on this week?

Also, WH workers supposedly purging their phones late Friday.

The downtrend exists because people around WWII got a up close and personal experience with undemocratic governments such as Nazi Germany and Italy under Benito Mussolini. Being faced with that in such a visceral way made them more aware of how valuable a democratic society is.

American millennials have grown up in a democracy throughout their entire lives and generally don't have any experience living under other forms of government. They don't know how brown the grass is on the other side of democracy and that naivety is part of what leads them to think this way.

I'm also under the impression that most people only connected the question with the American form of democracy as opposed to democratic principles in general and given the dissatisfaction with the current state of America, it isn't necessarily a surprise to see a response like this.

Banning me would be bad for my mental health. But I promise not to kill myself.

I should take a break.

Trump is anywhere from Hitler to Lincoln. All balls in the air.

Peace icon John Lennon was killed by someone that was deeply a Christian. Think about that.

--------------------------------

Trump is learning the hard way that the strongman bullying tactics he used in the business world to get his way simply don't work in politics. We all saw this coming from a million miles away.

Politics requires that a person compromise on some matters in order to get things done. Trump seems to think that if he yells at people loud enough that they'll do what he says regardless of how moronic it is. Obviously, that works on some people but not enough to push through what he wants.

If he wants to get anything done, he'll have to abandon bullying tactics for diplomacy but I don't think he has the ability to do that. I'm relieved in a way because it means that a lot of **** he wants to do won't get done. His incompetence will prevent him from coming through on a lot of the horrifying promises he made leading up to his election.

Disappearance hasn't been legitimately sourced? My bad.

The kidnapping stuff was earlier though.

I'd say legal. The President has the right to send out a tweet.

Probably worth discussing in the LC Thread or a net neutrality thread, but worth throwing this video up here for those unaware.

The Senate just voted to undo landmark rules covering your Internet privacy

Vote was 52-48 along party lines smdh.

Donald being a liar is a huge problem, but you don't get that the problem with him being a right winger is that he wants all the money for the rich and doesn't care about anyone else, about freedom, or the environment.

I don't understand this response? Of course he is a liar and doesn't care about anyone but himself.

My point was we are the side of reason, science and facts. Let's not start jumping down every conspiracy rabbit hole with none of these as support. Conjecture and lies are the ammunition of the right, not us.

We should be citing sources, science and fact to support our claims no matter how much we want trump gone.
