The Saint Louis city police had nothing to so with the case as they have no jurisdiction In Ferguson MO.

Saint Louis city and Saint Louis county are two separate entities. Saint Louis county sheriffs, for instance, have absolutely no jurisdiction in Saint Louis city and vice versa. They are autonomous from each other.

You can carry on bashing the Ferguson police department and the Saint Louis COUNTY court system.
