They like men in tight pants who want to hold each other so badly they must be penalized for doing so IMO

Re: Politics Drunk Thread 2012

I watch football because it is a pointless diversion that is conventiently scheduled to air when I most want pointless diversions. I also like that the rules change fequently. It's exciting to follow a sport when it's almost imposible for the aberage person to keep track of how that sport is supposed to be played.

Neb, serious question. Are you a woman? Do you not like any sports? I understand football isn't for everyone--I never really paid attention until I went to a football school and it was everywhere--but I've never seen this level of confusion over liking a sport from someone (a) not a woman or (b) who already likes a few sports. I don't follow soccer, racing, or cricket, but I'm not gonna wring my hands over why others do.

Being a fan of any team/sport is admittedly somewhat illogical, so maybe I can understand your bewilderment if you don't follow any sports.

New drug may keep you sober no matter how much you've had to drink

Does this worry anyone else? What if someone were to slip this into my drink at a bar!

Re: Politics Drunk Thread 2012

Wait, I just read that whole article. Apparently the drug is derived from some kinda 500 year old herbal Chinese hangover cure.

How the **** am I just hearing about this?

I wonder if this is the same thing?

I really really really REALLY try not to drink alcohol while taking these drugs imo. I have overdosed once. It was mild though. I had a few beers while playing pool, came home and took 3 table spoons (recommended dose is 1 tea spoon) of codeine cough syrup ... ok not hydrocodone but still ..., ended up getting so ****ing smashed I could barely move and walk. At one point I got some grape juice from the fridge, never made it back to close the door. I PMed a few people on 2+2 telling them I took too much drugs and had alcohol and told them to call me the next day to make sure I wasn't dead. spaceman Bryce was the only one who called me, and as it turns out, I didn't die. Bryce. I was still hammered the next day.

I know it ****s your liver up bad when you combine them, and I really try not to take them together because when I take those drugs I like to take a lot of them cause I have a high tolerance and I like to get super ****ed up. I also like to take them every day if I have them. In short, I love opiates.

Alcohol sucks though, but it's all I have right now so I'm getting hammered. Hi drunk thread. I'm getting hammered!
