I saw David Allen Coe play at the Midnight Rodeo in Ocala when I was in college. He couldn't finish his show because he was too drunk. He went through 1/2-2/3 of a handle of Jack before he finally had to quit.

Lol I have no idea, never tried to find it.

I do know that it's more profitable and viable to just convert into heroin before smuggling for Afghans and Mexicans, so I think it probably is hard to come by.
