Are you guys really not gambling on this? I know the whole ballad of tomveil but not gambling just lets the terrorists scammers win IMO.

Yeah....if people don't want to gamble that is fine and the gamblers can just do side bets.

All the teams who miss the playoffs go into a lottery, each loss is one "ping pong ball" or whatever you want to call it in the lottery. Someone loses the lottery. Like, he can't just write whatever he wants in that person's name 5 times, he has to pick his spots creatively.)

I guess this is only good if there's a way to edit his posts that won't show "last edited by [moderator]". Getting to delete their posts works too.

+1. There's like no chance of getting TomVeil'd. I'm pretty sure Wookie only steals through the govt, and I don't think there's any chance tomdemaine or renodoc would scam either. (I wouldn't steal either but I'm not a moderator or a famous eye doctor so there's no way for you to know that.)

That said collecting an escrow for a small amount is still annoying.

Let's make it for money on an opt in basis. If you want to opt in send me or wookie or somebody not named tom viel or whatever money, can agree to make it between $20-50. Sorry rjoe, no ebt. Top finisher who contributed cash wins like 50%, then 30%, then 20%. Top finisher who didn't contrib gets to bask in his hollow victory.

If you guys wanna have side bets just remember that this league has had a few issues with people not setting lineups etc so know that your gamble is on your team but also whether or not your opponent will be up against someone who cares. I don't want to play for money but will be a tryhard. Hollow victories ftw.

We still have only 9 teams.

I'm pretty sure that I will win booze from Wookie and bit-coin paid for silver from Alaw. I don't know whatever happened to BAIDS, but he owes me 10 english pounds and never paid me. Maybe he's actually Welsh. See that? The point is, even the fools who say they will pay the sidebets sometimes flake.

That being said, if you want to send me paypal or a check then I will escrow. I'd prefer everyone had some skin in the game to prevent the hollow lineups etc

Some friends and I are trying out a new college fantasy football model I invented. Designed for all the work up front then a season long sweat. Draft whole teams then you get points based on your team's wins. 1 for FBS team, 2 for top 25, 6 for national title game win etc.

Working on setting up my draft board now. Ended building a season simulator in excel. Pretty pumped about it.

At this point, if you want to play, you have to find a buddy and join in pairs.

Govman won last year and should get his ass in here. Give him his damn undertitle already.

I was trying to create divisions based on political leanings but I had 9 teams in the lefty side and only 2-3 otherwise.
