Yeah, i don't get this. Especially the guy who had a home security camera and the cops came into his house.

My wife's brother photographed an arrest of a sibling. His phone was stomped by 2 officers. Daddy in law has some money and hired an expert to get the photos. Once they came back charges were dropped.

Details: Sibling was being loud while walking home on a sidewalk. Asked for ID, said "why," was immediately thrown to the ground, beaten and cuffed. Spent the night in jail w/ $50,000 bail (not a typo).

it seems ridiculous trying to defend a naked guy in a wizard robe who seems about as unstable as possible, but why exactly did the use the taser here?

From what I gathered, they were trying to get him to put some clothes on. He refused, and they attempted to cuff him. He was making it difficult, so they tased him. IMO it was unnecessary.

What's the problem? If the people think that is objectionable they'll make it known at the ballot box in four years. Self-correcting problem IMO.
