They had a right to whack me to the ground and cuff and stuff me. Playing waffle face was illegal.

Also handcuffing me and beating me unconscious while I was not resisting at all was also illegal. So were the planting of drugs on both occasions.

These incidents all happened over 20 years ago. I now drink 1-2 drinks 4-7 times a year at family gatherings.

I also collected about 150K for the two violence attacks. It was worth it IMO. That's an advantage of having a lawyer on retainer, and an expensive one at that. Well my dad did, but I was only 19-21. Some of the best times in my life, especially seeing the cop **** his pants when I instructed him to hit me again. It was interesting how they were training the young officers by having them standing their watching. I could tell by the looks on their faces they were against what was happening and the older officers were all excited like getting some head on prom night...
