It's not fine, it's still retarded. Someone had a choice whether to go/send officers to this grandma's house and they decided to arrest her to enforce a retarded technicality, instead of using critical thinking, compassion, or any other human traits.

A fair and impartial investigation was completed and I'm sure no one will be surprised about the outcome.

That's bad even by "we investigate ourselves" standards.

I would love to see the full report, assuming one exists.

This just happened in Pensacola. Evidently "looking suspicious" is now justifiable grounds for a cop to kill you. There is so much fail on the cops part in this. Can't wait to see how he gets off scott free. I'm usually one to give cops the benefit of the doubt, but this one really pisses me off.

Firing a taser at someone who is on a bike in front of a moving car. What could go wrong?

I agree. This is total bull****. Much more must be done to protect the safety and well-being of fleeing criminals.

Suggestions?
