Operate Banks as Casinos

In the movie Ocean's 11 it says that Casinos are rigorously regulated that it has a 1 to 1 ratio. With this in mind, have you ever known a casino go out of business? x dollar for every poker chip amount, example 5000 for 5000 chip, no more no less. Should banks operate as a casino with the same 1 to 1 ratio? And that the banks do not practice Usury or Fractional Reserve lending.

My theory in a Free Market society is for Legal Tender. Gold, Silver, and US Notes at a 1 to 1 to 1 ratio. $100 : 100 Au : 100 Ag

What say you?!

OP, I hate to be the one to spoil the Hollywood magic for you, but the Bellagio, Mirage and MGM Grand do not keep all their money a single vault under the Strip.

Don't forget the chicken wings. It should be:

$100 : 100 Au : 100 Ag : 100 Chicken Wings.

I don't see how this would limit growth, in fact, people would save gobs of dollars that they earn by not having to pay interest on money they borrow. That money could then be used to their liking, like innovation and creation. Or just supporting their family.

statement is absolutely retarded

Currency is a means of exchanging value of labor. The government wants a monopoly on currency so it can steal from you.

taxation isn't privilege, taxation is theft. We're taxed because we are cattle.

Re: Operate Banks as Casinos

Ok, OP, a few questions for you:

- how do you think that banks currently earn their money?
- If, as you are proposing, they had to hold on to every dollar that was depositied with them, how would they earn money?
- Would banks continue to pay interest on deposits? If so, how would the bank generate the money to fund the interest payments? If it would not pay interest, how would banks incentivize people to deposit money with them?

Banks take the $ you deposit and lend it, making $ off of the interest. Then the depositors get a cut of the interest.

According to your video posted, there is no escape from slavery, it just been perfected in the form of "freedom?" is that it? And your video posted didn't provide a solution to escape from slavery because according to the video there is no solution. I believe we are slaves to the job and we feel as slaves when our motions or movements are restricted, TSA, car insurance, gasoline, interest rates. And we feel free when we have an income that allows us to survive and reproduce.

Did I miss the point of the video or leave anything out?

Currency or money is a means of exchange for the value of a product or service. And what is determined as an acceptable price from free market, based on supply and demand.

The only fair tax is a sales tax. The other taxes are to help the government repay the interest costs and principal for the bonds they sold to the FED.

Some people consider the masses as sheep not cattle. Sheeple

The government doesn't have a monopoly on currency, central banks do. I would suggest to you "Truth in Money" by Theodore Thoren and Richard Warner.
