Seems like the only fair option is to start putting pieces of people on juries from now on.
Or increase the jury size ten fold so you can move the decimal point, which would clog courts up like crazy. I don't mind that they complain about 0.2 people, but I agree it should be in proportion. Also, it is a little silly to make this particular case about race, because there's a lot of merit to the case itself. Also, I don't mind if the prosecution complained if it were two blacks, and there is a 0.8 less white people than there should be on average, but there isn't much to do about it. DS likely enjoys the probability of jury selection, haha.
