I am not pissed off that tax money, a fund to which I contribute, is being used for something that is bad. This turns out to actually be the straw that broke the camels back so to speak. I have been pissed off about enough other programs that I see this, decide enough is enough, and go on a shooting rampage. Er, that would be more ammunition for the anti-gun crowd so lets say I go and build a whole bunch of bombs, blow up a few buildings and a bunch of people die. Is this bad? Does it mean the program is bad?
