That is such a red herring and a classic tactic. "Blah blah blah white people couldn't do that, there couldn't be a WHITE entertainment channel blah blah blah." Do I really need to bust out the webster definition of racism for you? Do I really need to explain how there are still people millions alive who remember "whites only" restrooms? So yea, to answer your question, for Bush to have made an office to benefit a race/class of people that has been favored heavily throughout US history and oppressed minorities would probably have been ****ed up. Especially a group of people that has a huge HS and college graduation rate. But it has nothing to do with this discussion. By
