Taking food throwing it in a dumpster and having homeless pick it out of dumpster and eat it is better for them then just giving them food not from a dumpster?

They recently did the same in Houston. Must be something driving this, I'd love to know what.

I'm pretty sure it's fear of litigation, like someone said earlier.

As a prior homeless myself, I LOL'd. No ambulance chaser wants a street tramp in his office.

Read between the lines, the food causes them more time open it, they also want to skim off the top of the donations to give to unions.
