And NO you haven't. You've created a revenue seeking licensing system that in no way demonstrates competence. A system whereby your ability to work, be free etc are completely related to a license. Armys of police on every street looking for any infraction that can generate a fine, ever infraction threatens your right to drive, but for a fee you can keep it.... So yeah **** that.

This is a godafwul, but at least logically consistent, position. I guess I'm directing the argument to people who are OK with drivers license tests but seem to think that a similar thing for guns is a slippery slope to a Stalinist dictatorship.
