DBJ, I'm right there with you in that I hate being labelled a racist on bull**** grounds.
However, whatever the color of one's skin or eyes or hair or anything, would it be fair to say that in GA or elsewhere in the USofA#1 that if you are accused of a crime (that may or may not be a felony), you are at somewhat of a disadvantage if you can not afford an attorney and therefore you are appointed a public defender?
I'm not addressing larger systemic racism/class warfare issues atm. Just a question to make a point. BTW, there are ****-tons of poor white folk in GA (not directed at DBJ but just sayin' for anyone who hasn't been there).
