Hi all,

The late P7.0 was a cesspool of posting filth, but some good souls did brave the waters to dunk on idiot racists or perform other acts of forum heroism. If you know of such an event that should be memorialized, post a representative quote here, whether that's an OP, a particular post, or, say, the beginning point of a notable stretch internal to a thread. Then, not only will we have this thread as a museum for easy browsing, it will also serve as a resource for me or other mods of which threads to move from P7 into here so that they may be preserved.

The wil/LG prop bet fiasco deserves to be preserved, if only to serve as a warning for anyone else who might think of getting into a prop bet with wil. idk where it begins but I can try to track down the post that started it this evening.

there was that time when noted genius wil254239857 posted details of his income, and then subsequently accepted a bet with someone about who had the bigger income. surprise, he lost the bet. and then lots of very bonkers posting ensued

I obviously value the work I put into a number of posts in P7 about social issues relating to inequality, (e.g. here, here, or here), but those topics tend to be the ones with the most offensive posts and I'm not sure if anyone else values them or cares that they are preserved. But I thought I'd ask :P

Is the Baja content that isn't "moved" going to become completely inaccessible? Or is it to be "archived", but still be accessible, in some manner or fashion?

It'd also be nice if someone would run a posting stat-report on the final history of Baja, as TheDuker & well named have in the past.

I didn't scrape the entire history before, but there's not really any reason I can't do it. It will just take longer because it's setup to throttle the request rate to be nice to the servers :P
