If she met the criteria, then yes? Note I do not know what the AA law entails specifically. I assume she met them though or it'd be a whole different scandal wouldn't it? It's a problem with the law, not with her taking advantage of an advantageous situation. Should I cite a tax break or 37 taken in bad faith that no one seems to have qualms with?
