If she met the criteria, then yes? Note I do not know what the AA law entails specifically. I assume she met them though or it'd be a whole different scandal wouldn't it? It's a problem with the law, not with her taking advantage of an advantageous situation. Should I cite a tax break or 37 taken in bad faith that no one seems to have qualms with?

Err warrens own expert won't say she's def 1/32nd. The document that supposedly proves warrens heritage is nowhere to be found. Warren had no idea if she was actually native american. She didn't base her claim on any facts or any actual experience in native american culture.

By the by, everybody, both Harvard and Penn are private schools. There is no requirement that they practice "affirmative action" and in fact no real evidence that they do at all. Harvard claims Warren was a 100% merit based hire.
