Thing is, there's a limited shelf life for leggy Fox blondes, so there's always a spot for a newer model white lady to get into the rotation. It's not like with the menfolk like Rush or O'Reiky who can do their thing for years. Ann Coulter has been relegated to D-list for years, Laura is clearly on her way out as well, and Kelly/Carlson got tired of getting groped by Roger Ailes, so there are several openings out there.
Plus, I figure you have Fox + Fox Business + The Blaze + a few other media outlets which run 24/7 that all have to have 1-2 blondes for three shifts, that's a big market for leggy blondes.
Agree it's hard to differentiate yourself and stand out in that field. You gotta have an angle. Coulter sort of stood out as the deliberate troll, Inghram was maybe the smart one, and Kelly was the one who beefed with Trump. Maybe being the Fox blonde who's down with abortion is a way to get people to remember you. Otherwise, I can't imagine any of them make the big TV bucks.
