Jesus, people, read the whole sentence:

Quote:
I am glad that she has agreed to serve as honorary chair of my campaign's 50-state program to gain ground and elect Democrats in every part of the country
She isn't "Honorary Chair of the Clinton Campaign." This is just a face save.

DWS is out, not speaking or gaveling anything

The lady who was going to replace her, donna something is out as well.

MAN this is a fast-moving scandal

I think Brazile will still act as the chair of the party. I read this as Fudge will be the chair of the convention.

This has got to be the first time in history that anyone has said HC is "incredibly loyal to her people" OR that she has to be more ruthless.

if your only news source is breitbart or the rock you've been living under, I could see this as being a surprising statement.

Another of my dreams dashed. I always thought the party apparatus was unbiased and impartial. My world is torn apart to find this out.

Didn't we just spend the last six months talking about the RNC trying to derail Trump?

she's still married to Bill, so I'd say she's pretty loyal

Yes but evidence of this was not published on wikileaks so no one gave a ****

i'm still anxiously awaiting someone, anyone, to point to an actual thing that happened which demonstrates the obvious bias of the DNC.

No takers so far. Asked quite a few people.

yes everyone knew

but its disgusting how bernie still supports his own party, its why I get titled when bernie supporters and bernie goes out to back Clinton. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth. its why I never got behind him,. If he really wanted to change he would have ran 3rd party.

and bottom line, it just 100% verifies and confirms whats been happening. Its disgusting what DWS and CNN + others did. but thast the norm i guess

But Trump won in the end and I doubt Trump would have backed a Republican. Hell, he even threatened to go 3rd party if he didnt get the nom. of course that might have been all smoke and mirrors but still

change what, the makeup of SCOTUS from possibly liberal to solidly neocon for the next 25 years?

Bernie isn't dumb enough to forget that we live in a two party system. Spoiling the election for progressives does everyone in America a massive disservice.

Does it though? I thought all he wanted to do was make a statement and have the Democratic party take in some of his ideals? and I dont think he made that big of a movement or dent unless Hillary adopts more than just the min wage argument(which not sure if she is)

I think not supporting Hillary or running 3rd party would have sent a louder message. It would have sent a louder message because, to me, it would have said he REALLY is fed up with the 'status quo" and establishment(WHICH IS WHAT HE WAS PREACHING NONSTOP) and maybe voting trump or bernie running 3rd party is doing america disservice. But it seems voting HIllary means we are okay with what is happening and I dont think we will see anything new come up.

in the small % that trump wins, even if we take a minor hit, i think it will shake up and really grab peoples attention that people just dont give a **** anymore. And I hope THAT will send a message to Democrats and Republicans alike. For YEARS I have read users on this forum loling at the establishment on both sides. I hope this race is closer than its projected to be

I would love to see more liberal social reform nationwide. I would have loved to see Wall street be "taken on" (if that was going to be the case). I would love to see lobbyists not have as much power ( even if its 1% less)

I thought Sanders might have..might have done that. Hillary has said time and time again she'll be hard on wall street...and so has trump. Honestly, I feel trump would be more willing to clash more with wall street than Hillary. but what do I know.

my point is, that is what I meant by "shaking things up". its not like I want to go to war against Russia or China or COMPLETELY change how american politics work.

Hillary and DNC have taken more than just the min wage platform.

Rest is just a mishmash of logical fallacies so voluminous I don't even know where to begin.

I'm looking forward to President Kaine in '17.

I guess we will see in the next 4 years in office. for better or worse

If you want money out of politics any time soon, you need a dem appointing scotus judges. Plain as day. Citizens United is not going anywhere with president trump. You think Bernie wants money out of politics, but will help trump win so he can keep money in politics? Bernie's smarter than that. Not sure why his supporters aren't though.
07-24-2016 , 11:15 PM
Because most of Bernie's supporters are 19 years old?

This is the truth, very good points. This is why Bernie's fans are so upset. He never should have sold out - he had much better options available.

You should repost this in the "Bernie is a Straight Up Boss" thread. Nobody over there seems to get this point.

What Bernie wants to do is move the country to the left, or failing that, preventing the country from moving to the right. Making sure that a Dem wins in Nov is far more relevant toward that goal than winning a victory over Hillary among Democrats.
