It was more like a request/invitation, but yeah.

that seems really ****ed up - I assume if you said no you'd probably be in some cell right now...?
01-24-2013 , 01:24 AM
yeah good point

fwiw DBJ, although some people disagree with your insight, regardless there are a lot of people that appreciate your efforts in this forum - me being one of them

Thank you.

And zikzak and I have been ITF together long enough that he remembers when my postings were actually relevant and insightful, rather than vengeful, screeching rants and troll baiting.

zz, to answer your question, that cop you encountered had a special case of assburgers, and was very likely dropped on his head as a child.

I suspect he earnestly believed he called a K9, but was unable to recall how to operate the radio. I respect him though. The simple things he's learned, like how to tie his shoe and walk upright and start a vehicle are a testament to the overwhelming desire to overcome that exemplify the human race.

Did he show his Special Olympic medals during your conversation?

yeah I mean the officer's play seems to have a severe case of FPS

Nah, I don't think he was a murderer.

Multiple armed robber, rapist IIRC.

Edit: Nevermind, you meant the cop.

When I was a child and when I first started driving, you always sat in the passenger seat of the cop car for a ticket. No idea why.
01-24-2013 , 08:14 AM
Wow. Never seen that one.

We went through that ******ed phase of instructing everyone out of their vehicles and having them come back to chat face to face with you, but the Dinkheller murder was pretty much the end of that, not that it really made a damn in that shooting.

The current theory now is that other than shooting you, if they're going to do anything to you they're gonna have to get out of the car to do it. If you're positioned correctly they're either going to have to get out or contort themselves all out of whack to shoot you as well.

That time when they're attempting to exit the vehicle is your reactionary gap to respond. That's the thinking anyway.

I always wondered about how cops are to be treated when they are abusive. Not abusive physically but verbally, let me note that I have never seen anyone I've been with be assaulted by an officer. However I have seen cops verbally assault people.

One time a cop pulled over me and my friend for no reason, accused us of drunk driving and shouted F bombs at us. It seemed rude and overly aggressive.

The next case was when a female friend of mine got a little too drunk, the cop called her a whore (although she was being a little out of control) I don't find it necessary for an officer to call a women such a thing.

Cops are supposed to protect us, so why is it so often they are sarcastic and verbally abusive? Should there be punishment for this?

pretty sure none of these are surprising to anyone ITF

I'm so using this the next time I show someone a gun in an evidence bag.

Looking forward to when the book/movie version of this gets out.

So it appears the police have just resorted to shooting up every single blue pick up truck they come across at this point?

Solid plan, it'll work eventually.
02-08-2013 , 03:14 PM
60% of the time it works every time.

Seems like attempted murder to me.

There is no story they can make up with those use of force escalation charts that will make sense. So yeah, shooting at random people is not OK.

These people have lost their ****ing minds.

I don't know who's running this investigation but they suck at it.

And now, a sharp contrast from the stories we usually discuss ITT:

justified shooting imo, jaywalking should be a capital offense
