Beyond that, we're specifically trained that medical personnel is to conduct cavity searches, after a Warrant or a waiver has been obtained, except in cases of emergency, such as when that guy conducting that strip search in Ohio located that Derringer pistol in that inmates anus.

I specifically instruct drugs aren't an "emergency", only weapons.

Obv the judge made a mistake. The criminal was only complying with the instructions of another officer at the scene, not instructions from officer Sullivan.

I don't know if it's murder. He was reaching for something. I don't get why none of them give him first aid though. Guy is laying there dying. Why is nobody helping?!?!

Why does the cowboy have to filll him up with lead? The guy was clearly incapacitated but the cop just kept shooting him.

Isn't it also extremely paranoid/in bad taste to literally keep pointing the gun at him; and keep his partner from counselling him, for basically the entire video (long after the guy is dead?).

So I got pulled over today for speeding, had a friendly chat with the cop, and got let go with a warning. RAAAAAGE!

OK, no rage. However, we weren't really having a friendly chat while waiting for the "standard K9 unit" that was en route. There was no K9 unit. I was being interrogated and lied to, in the hopes that I'd rattle and something would fall loose. Whatever. I found it entertaining and it was pretty clear he wasn't going to write me a ticket so I let it run its course.

Here's the thing: The conversation happened in his police car. I was in the front seat, unrestrained. He had no backup. We were alone on the side of the highway. This seemed to me like a really, really bad idea from a LEO's point of view. He obviously thought there was at least the possibility that I was running drugs or something. Why the hell would he invite me to sit in his car like it was a ride-along?
