These are not the cheapest guys in town but the have >90 positive reviews on angieslist with no negatives

One one hand it's a pain in the ass for me to be at home to have work done. I may have to take a vacation day or something so combining jobs is +EV. Also I don't want the furnace to go out in the middle of winter when I could get gouged.

On the other hand we're in the middle of a shale boom and getting something more efficient probably isn't going to save me a huge amount of money since gas is so cheap, and the only issue I've had with the furnace in 5 years was something clogging the line to the pilot light once
I woulda thought you'd get a way better deal than that for the combo. These guys always mark up the equipment so there should be room for them to adjust and knowing contractors nowadays they will fight for your business til one guy is ready to basically work for free. Not sure how it is in PA but in MA/NH its ugly. I'd google search some local contractors and get more bids imo.

You can always convert the furnace if you decide to switch over to gas in the future. Don't think its that expensive.

Re: June life thread

Saw my first IRL dead human over the weekend. Guy apparently drove up a highway ramp, stopped his car, and jumped over the side ~ 30 feet onto a road surface below. I drove by a few minutes later. The cops had just arrived and were covering him up. GG.

I kept waiting for them to discuss it on the local news but they never did. They cover every pointless shooting, assault, and car accident. But some guy makes a spectacular suicide in front of tons of witnesses on a major freeway and it doesn't make the news at all. Maybe they don't want to give people ideas. I only found out what happened from a local web forum.

My dog is really old and will probably die soon.

So basically what I want to know is what RC helicopter should I buy for parts?

I'm watching Red Dawn for the first time. Opening scene is AWESOME. Commies drop in on parachutes and take over a high school.

If you're older than like 10, wow. Better late than never, however.

Never been to a funeral with an open casket? Or those don't count?

First dead guy I saw was a guy who was slumped over in a car parked on the side of the road. Had a heart attack or something. Couldn't see too much there.

No point in covering suicides on TV, happen all the time and don't want to give ideas. They made an effort to stop covering Golden Gate suicides as well, especially the count on them.

Now that you mention it, when my great grandmother died like 30 years ago she had an open casket. I was just a toddler but I remember. Didn't strike me the same as a pulverized human on the roadway I guess.
