General by removing the preexisting condition disqualifier from policies it should allow some people who would have been afraid to lose their employee based coverage more freedom to leave that employer.

Anyone that thinks Obama is anti-capitalist is not paying attention. Obama is a strait up Corporatist every bit as much as Bush if not more. In fact, one of the main reasons to even point to his Corporatism is Obamacare.
