How specifically is Donald Trump a better president than Barack Obama? How specifically is Donald Trump a better president than Barack Obama?

Ok ok, I know it's still quite early in his presidency, but because he is a world class negotiator, and the man that wrote () The Art of The Deal, I think he's had a chance to show how great the next three and a half years are going to be.

So I'm sure there are people here who already think Donald Trump is a better president than Barack Obama. I'd like to know how exactly?

How specifically is Donald Trump a better president than Barack Obama?

Obama had 11 months to replace Scalia and couldn't get it done while Trump did it in less than 3 months.

That's entirely subjective, and I don't think attractiveness has much of an impact on ability to govern as President. That said, I disagree.

What does golfing ability have to do with ability to govern as President? That said, do you know each of their handicaps?

Trump had absolutely nothing to do with this. Republicans obstructed for 11 months, and then changed the rules to push a conservative through.

He makes terrified 70 year olds, opiate addicted 40 year olds and sexually frustrated 20 year olds feel better about themselves all at the same time.

Wasn't that a false smear campaign .... and wasn't it started by Donald Trump?

So by making them feel better about themselves, it makes America a better country, or makes things better for the people?

If you're actually looking for serious responses, you came to the wrong place.

How do the Trumpers feel about this, and how exactly does this make America great again?

Here's something specific I'm really curious about, for the Trump supporters.

There were EPA regulations put in place under the Obama administration which prohibited mining companies from dumping their toxic waste into streams and rivers, which looks like this.

Donald Trump, through executive order, repealed those Obama era environmental regulations, and mining companies can now dump their waste into streams and rivers.

How exactly is Donald Trump a better president in regards to this specific environmental issue/regulation, and how exactly does this make America great again?

Getting rid of regulation allows businesses to increase their profits, which is the number one goal for the Republican party.

So why is it a good thing to put short term profits over the long term health of the ecosystem and our Earth? We are very quickly making our only habitable planet inhabitable. This is worth billion dollar profits for some of the richest corporations, and men in the world? Just burn it all for dollar dollar?

You know, rivers and streams run into larger bodies of water. Those larger bodies of water are often very large sources of drinking water for communities. Kind of a bad thing for toxic waste like pictured above to be getting into aquifers and things, right?

That's a great question einbert! I've read about doctors who do charity work for non-profits because of the loan forgiveness program. If Betsy Devos kills the program, those doctors will likely go into private practice, and charitable health care for the poor is eliminated.

How is this better than Obama, and how does this make America great again?

He wants to throw the Mexicans out and build a wall. Great for the economy and me! Plus he'll make them pay for it by exploiting the trade deficit. Straight out genius. If only Obama had thought of that...

Actually deporting people will be harmful for the economy. If it's bad for the economy, it's probably bad for you. So for the me me me I come first crowd, it ****s you.

Are you talking about the wall that Trump was trying to weasel Republicans into funding? The one that Mexico isn't paying for? The one that could fund free college tuition for all Americans? The one that's going to have a negative impact on migratory species and in turn, the ecosystem?

Legal green card holders are being impacted as well, it's not just illegal immigrants.
