Although I agree with you that late term abortion is troubling (in all honesty all abortion is troubling to me), but there are unfortunate circumstances that might make it justifiable.

I really don't. I think some drugs should be legalized, online poker, and prostitution too. The eroding on our civil liberties the last 10 years troubles me just like it troubles you.

I'm not an anarchist though, I want a government of the people, by the people and for the people. I want a government that sees to the basic needs of its citizens. A government that doesn't leave them to starve in the streets or go without basic medical care. A government that ensures everyone has access to a quality education, protects my right to breathe clean air and water, and oh yeah, provides military defense. In other words something that lives up to:

This reminds me of the NFL's punishment doled out to the Saints today. I thought it was interesting because the commissioner kept saying how he wanted to "change the culture" of the NFL.

Maybe it's an irrelevant comparison maybe it's not. I just thought it was interesting to hear the way he phrased it: "change the culture."

Obama should be a pretty big favorite, considering how he dominated the electoral college compared to the popular vote against McCain, while Romney despite outspending his opponents by a huge margin basically underperformed expectations in several states.

LOL. The only part of that whole post that is at all accurate is that it doesn't matter who Obama runs against. There isn't a Republican out there that will beat Obama in November, especially not Mitt Romney.

Eight percent unemployment and $4 a gallon gas and Obama is still going to win. LOL Republicans.

I agree but I'm pretty sure Romney has the relatively best chance of winning. Most swing voters vote for the least objectionable candidate and Romney to most people is less objectionable than Santorum or Gingrich.

This is a pretty good post. Seems fair to note that the Obama campaign in 2008 was much more effective at eking out wins in close situations in both the primary (barring NH) and the GE than all comers.

Id put odds at somewhere around 65 - 70% Obama to win. There is way too much in his favor. He'll probably win with somewhere around the 53 - 45 Range and have a 2-3 state cushion.

The Romney campaign's best bet is to make it as hard to vote in Ohio and Florida as possible in order to skew the electorate toward the more affluent, Republican districts. But the State Republicans Parties of those OH/FL would never try something so underhanded, would they?

What percentage of the population looks at Obama and Romney as virtually the same person? I'm not talking about Paul supporters, I'm just saying, if people think all things being equal (amongst Obama Romney) then who do they choose?

Someone they know? Obama

Or, make a change? Romney
